Firstly, let’s get to know each other.  What is going on in your life that you are here today at my doorstep?  Let’s figure out where you are and where you want to go.  It’s a very important step because you are likely going through some changes in your life.  I am here to listen to your needs and see if I can help you out.  

Are you looking to buy a home?  I know when I bought my first home, I was afraid I paid too much, or that I would find some issues with the house after I had moved in.  I didn’t have to sell my current home because I was renting.  I was too busy paying someone else's mortgage.  I didn't know how to get a mortgage and how much of a down payment I would need.  I was stuck, I needed help, I didn’t know how to get where I needed to be.

Are you looking to sell your home?  You may be thinking...I need to move on…literally and figuratively.  I bet some of the biggest concerns you have is how long will it take to sell, what do I need to do to my home in order to make it more sellable and how much can I possibly get for it.  Will I need to pay tax on the profits I make on my home?  Once again, so many questions, not enough answers.
